Casa Futura – this unique project was designed by the most renowned architectural firm in Cyprus, PPA, under the leadership of Panos Panayiotou, who was the director of the largest international architectural company, Scott-Browrigg, for many years and taught architecture at leading UK universities such as UCL and Metropolitan.

The villa is located in the heart of the prestigious residential area, in the coastal part of Potamos Germasogeia, just 200 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. The Limassol promenade is literally around the corner, and the eucalyptus park and Dasoudi beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Next to the dining area, where the open island kitchen is combined with the master's living room and study. To move to different levels of the villa, you can use a glass staircase or an elevator.
Bedroom floor
The sleeping spaces are located on the second level of the villa, creating an individual comfort for each room - the bedroom has its own dressing room, bathroom, zonal lighting and original decor.

The master bedroom is located in the east wing and combines a large dressing room, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, views of the pool and garden.
Roof garden
A flight of stairs leads to the third floor, an open space in Rafgarden that offers views of the mountains, the city, and the nearby parks. Here you can find a lounge area under the sun, a bar, a barbecue area or just a lounge area under the pergolas.
