Casa Futura – this unique project was designed by the most renowned architectural firm in Cyprus, PPA, under the leadership of Panos Panayiotou, who was the director of the largest international architectural company, Scott-Browrigg, for many years and taught architecture at leading UK universities such as UCL and Metropolitan.
An award-winning firm with extensive experience across various sectors worldwide. They presented the project concept and fully reflected our requirements – more space and light, a clean, functional, and eco-friendly design. The villa’s exterior design embodies a new classic in architecture, combining strict geometric shapes with the fluidity of forms and curves.

The villa is located in the heart of the prestigious residential area, in the coastal part of Potamos Germasogeia, just 200 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. The Limassol promenade is literally around the corner, and the eucalyptus park and Dasoudi beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The underground level has a covered parking area for three large cars with direct access to the lobby, where you can take an elevator or stairs to all levels of the villa.
In the western part, serving spaces are designed for a laundry area, an additional bedroom with a bathroom and a laundry room.
The wide entrance door opens into a spacious living area, specially designed for a grand piano and live performances. Panoramic windows open easily, providing direct access to the lounge garden in the heart of the villa. Adjacent to the dining area, the open island kitchen is seamlessly integrated with the master living room and study. A glass staircase or elevator connects the different levels of the villa.
The sleeping spaces are located on the second level of the villa, creating an individual comfort for each room - the bedroom has its own dressing room, bathroom, zonal lighting and original decor.

A flight of stairs leads to the third floor, an open space in Rafgarden that offers views of the mountains, the city, and the nearby parks. Here you can find a lounge area under the sun, a bar, a barbecue area or just a lounge area under the pergolas.
